CR&SO's engineers have been trained several times at NCR's ATM Plant in Dundee / Scotland, at NCR's training center in Birmingham / England, as well as by NCR OEM Europe's engineers.

CR&SO's engineers are certified by NCR to refurbish and to service NCR ATMs and to train other local engineers to service NCR ATMs.

CR&SO's refurbishment plant has been under supervision of NCR OEM Europe GmbH from the frist day: one NCR Hardware Quality Engineer and one NCR Software Engineer have been at CR&SO to supervise and to support CR&SO. A Quality Inspectors from NCR's plant in Dundee / Scotland visited CR&SO in order to secure ongoing quality of NCR's ATMs, refurbished by CR&SO.
